Norm graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1994. He then completed articling with a full service downtown Toronto law firm. Since joining Katzman, Wylupek in 1997, Norm's practice has been devoted to helping injured and disabled people get the compensation they deserve.
Working exclusively in the areas of personal injury and insurance law, Norm has represented innumerable clients in a multitude of varying matters including auto accidents, trip and fall injuries, dog attacks, tavern and bar negligence, boating and snowmobile accidents, statutory accident benefit denials and disability insurance disputes. He has successfully advocated for his clients before the Superior Court for Ontario, the Pension Appeals Board, the CPP Review Tribunal, the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Insurance Commission for Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
Norm is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Advocate's Society.
As a dedicated community-minded individual, Norm has served in the past as a volunteer with the International Red Cross and the United Way. He has also volunteered his time instructing and coaching secondary school students in the Canadian Bar Association's Law Day Program. Norm has further appeared as a guest speaker at numerous local community organizations and media outlets.
A passionate and practical advocate, Norm combines his technical legal understanding with his wealth of hands-on experience to fiercely represent and champion the cause of his injured and disabled clients.
