Patrick Graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2000 and was called to the Bar in 2002. Since that time he has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury civil litigation and insurance law with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, disability disputes, wrongful death, trip and falls, dog attacks and property loss (crop loss and fire loss).
Patrick has successfully represented numerous catastrophically injured clients, including those suffering traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. He has successfully advocated for clients at the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, Pension Appeals Board and License Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to completing his law degree Patrick obtained a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. While completing his law degree Patrick worked assisting the National Hockey League and its Player’s Union arbitrating salary disputes.
Patrick is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Essex County Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is also active in the community as a volunteer coach with youth soccer, hockey and baseball, and has long served as the President of the Leamington Senior Hockey League
