Economic Loss

Economic Loss: When compensation is being determined to a personal injury victim, it is necessary to consider the economic losses that will result from the injuries. Economic loss can include: approximate estimate of future income losses in salary and benefits, and unexpected out of pocket expenses (i.e. medical costs).
