Dave Wylupek was born in Windsor and attended Walkerville High School and the University of Windsor.  Dave played football for the AKO fratman for four years and coached high school football while attending law school at the University of Windsor.

Dave brings an innovative and practical approach to advocacy.  He specializes in crafting creative solutions to the complex problems of litigation thus allowing his clients to recover the maximum awards for their claims.

For nearly twenty years he has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation.  He has successfully handled the claims of his clients at all levels of the Courts as well as successfully representing his clients before a variety of administrative tribunals including the Canada Pension Board and the Workplace Safety Appeals Tribunal.
